The MONEUL Project under the European Union’s Erasmus Programme is aimed at supporting the development of higher education, in alignment with Resolution No. 23 (2020) of the State Great Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia, titled “Five Key Development Directions of Mongolia for 2021–2025.” The project seeks to introduce digital teaching and learning approaches, as well as inclusive education methodologies related to the European Union, into the social sciences and humanities, foreign language, and teacher education curricula of Mongolian universities, including the Khovd Branch School of the National University of Mongolia, the Mongolian National University of Education, and the Mongolian University of Science and Technology. It also aims to develop online courses and make them accessible to both teachers and students. This project will be jointly implemented over a period of three years by higher education institutions from Belgium, Poland, and Mongolia.
