As a single-country, multilateral partnership, MONEUL brings together partner universities from Belgium, Poland, and Mongolia in Region 5 (Asia) and a European Association. The project aims to build capacity and develop deliverables aligned with Mongolia\u2019s Five-year Development Guidelines 2021-2025 for Education.
